DOWNLOADING VIDEOS

I am a new user and I have just downloaded RealPlayer ( and I am assuming that I have the up-to-date version). I have cleared my cache and I am running Google Chrome {Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)} and when I try to download a video from Youtube, all I get is "NO VIDEOS ON THIS PAGE".. So I am wondering what is the problem??

 

I have tried this on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and still get the same problem and for some reason or another?

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
