music vidio will not download

I just purchased premium realplayer.  I can not download any music videos.  I have tried downloading movie videos and they download fine.

If I am not able to download music videos I will cancel my purchase.

I was able to download the video Things that happened while I grew up.

I have tried downloading I could fall in love with you and it gives me a message unable to download.

When I click on preferences the file to is: Libraries\Videos\RealTime\RealDownloader/ I can not type to change.

I purchased so that I could get music downloads.

Please help

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  For the past 5 days I've been getting the message: 

  "No videos to download on this page"

  "Reload the page or try another website"

  This only happens on music videos not other videos from what I have seen so far.
