Cannot download music videos anymore

On Wednesday, 9/5, I was able to download music videos.  On Friday, up till now, I am unable to.  

What happened?

I have paid for the premium service

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  Same Problem as above I ca not download any films anymore why in the pass weeks I have done it
