  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  I am glad that you all are aware of this issue.  It is not letting me download anything from the internet.  When do you think you will have this figured out?

  Clint,

  Can you please download any video from a non YouTube website and let us know if you are able to download?

  Example - www.vimeo.com

  If you are able to download from a non YouTube website but not from YouTube, it means that they are blocking downloads and the issue is not the Downloader.

  Please confirm anyway.

  So I can download from the other website that you sent me, even though it is a horrible website and does not have what I am looking for.

   

  The reason that I bought realplayer was to download from youtube.  Do you think it will be fixed?

  It appears that YouTube is blocking downloads at this time. Many popular websites like YouTube have seen an unprecedented traffic/volumes during this pandemic. They are throttling bandwidth so everyone can access the sites. Since it being blocked by the website, there is very little that Downloader can do at this time. The only solution is to wait and try again after a few days.
