unable to download any utubes into my realplayer using any browser

hi im in new zealand and i am now unable to download any utube inside my realplayer using any web browser, internet explorer, firefox, google crome or opera when will this problem be corrected

  We have identified a known issue with certain videos where RealDownloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue.
