end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream - still an issue after update

Hi, I am still unable to burn any videos in MP4 without first converting them into Real Media HD (which does lower the picture quality). This has been going on for 6 months now, and I know that there are many other people in the Real Player Community who have the same problem.

I was hoping that the new 'important' update would fix the error message-  end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream  - but nothing has changed. Are your team still trying to solve this problem?
