can't save a play list in peal player

everytime I try to save a playlist that I want to play it keeps telling me realplayer has stop working and gives me a error message and shut's down can someone get in touch with me I have a desk top computer windows 10 my email address is rxxxxx@aol.com 9xx -xxx-xxxx
