Real Player not playing videos

Hi,

I have just purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 and installed the Real Player app in order to play videos in my library. Nothing happens when I click on the play button. Can you help?

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
