Burning video clips to a DVD

I am trying to burn short recipe clips to DVD.  All but one are under ten minutes.  The result is, "Runtime error:  use of invalid editor or stream.  StreamFileEditorBase."

I am told to contact technical support for further information.  However, when I click OK, the result is, "cannot contact technical support."

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to DVD burn. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try burning the videos again.
