"A general error has occurred"
Tried to play MP3 sound recordings off my computer and get "A general error has occurred" This has only just started. Can someone help please.

Has this file played before? It is quite possible something must have got corrupted with your RealPlayer. Follow these instructions to resolve your issue.

The files were all operating OK. Windows 10 up-date recently. Any issues with that? Have reinstalled realplayer but still get the same problem. Please help.

We have heard reports of Windows 10 update deleting files for users. I am hoping that this didn't happen for you. Here are some articles about this issue.
