Real player 18 plus will download all the extra features required to burn a DVD

I have real player plus and when I select to burn a DVD from my library it takes the requests and looks as if it running perfect , however after going thru all the recoding and preparing and showing recording I get a general error message each and every time.  I have tried to remove and reinstall realplay but the problem goes with me.  Please advise.  What happened to the ask for help feature where a tech could take over my computer and troubleshoot it from your end?  Please advise  I feel as if I have paid for something that I am not receiving.   Thank you  James Joynes

  Can you please let us know what the specific error message is when you burn a DVD?

  At first it was saying parsing audio  that stopped and now I get a message  now I get a message saying that it may have been moved or uninstalled.  it is still on my control panel and I get all actions except the burn.  How frustrating is that?     James Joynes  My account is still paid I think  if not let me know.
