Downloader isnt Working

I recently had some computer issues. After the tech made the necessary fixes; real downloader will not work. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled several times to no success! I have the latest browsers for the top 3.

  1. Is this happening on all browsers?

  2. What website are you downloading videos from?

  3. What is the version of RealPlayer installed?
