Anmeldung an Realtimes nicht möglich

Habe am Mac (Sierra High10.13.6 (17G65)) den Realtimes installiert und die korrekten Anmeldedaten eingegeben. Nach bestätigen "Anmelden" kommt nichts mehr. Es ist das Realtimes Fenster zusehen aber ohne Inhalt ist nur weiss. Habe des Player jetzt mehrmals gelöscht und neu installiert. Ohne Erfolg.

  We don't offer support in German. 

  We have stopped support of the Mac version of RealTimes. You will not be able to sign into this app anymore. We currently only support the PC version.
