General Error Occured!!!

Im having issues to make a dvd always at the end of the process i get a general error has occurred and my real player is updated and i still have the issue happening will yall be able to fix that asap.

  Can you please let us know what type for file formats are you trying to burn to a DVD? You may receive this error when you are trying to burn an incompatible format to DVD.

  HELP!

  when I attempt to make a new VIDEO DVD I get this exact message:

  General Error

  "end of file parsing ac3 audio stream"  the process cannot be finished thus no DVD is made. What do I do to fix this constant problem?
