real player plus wont play videos.

My real player plus as of October 18th, stopped playing back videos on my surface pro 4 when I click on them.  Five minutes later the video will start up playing but then won't play the next video on the play list.  Then it waits for 5 minutes and the next video starts up.  Works fine on my HP all in one computer.  Is this an update problem with the interface of Surface Pro 4 Windows 10 and Real Player?

  We have seen reports of the latest Windows updates breaking the playback experience. If this happened after a recent Windows update, it is most likely the cause.

  This update should be available to all users via the Windows Update
