I purchased the Real Player back in July, before that it I paid each month off my card. Never had a problem with my Premium until I paid for the year. Since then I can't get access to my premium on my computer. I have signed in and out over 75 times. I have done everything that the site has told me to do trying to fix this. Still no access. I even tried to purchase premium again. Was told by the site that I had premium plan already. I do not know any other media player since I got my first computer 15 years ago. I have uninstalled the player 10 times, even deleted the install for 18 and went to the site and re-downloaded the exe. Nothing works. Please help me fix this or refund my money. I'm tried of being so disappointed because nothing works anymore.
