while i appreciate the response,  I do not understand why this procedure is so difficult, and that you are aware of this problem with others... none of your so call instruction have worked.. the fact that you need to operate my computer remotely, is troubling to say the least. Phone assistance OK..Anything you do remotely I should be able to do on my own computer. Email detail instruction step by step by step...I am getting closed to closing my account....This use to be so good and effortless to operate NOW??????

  A remote session is only optional and not mandatory. If you are not comfortable with a remote session, we completely understand. The AC3 error can show up for various reasons. Hence our request for a remote session.
