10 years with real player

i have tried everthing to sign in and I get a message am not connectected to the network , I have used real player more then 10 years a could do a commercial of how great real player is . please help I am lost with out you.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Same issue. Same situation. Same frustration. Purchased the premium player and now i can't use it's features and you have no way to contact you for support. 

   

  Piss poor and super unprofessional.
