ReadDownloader gives "unable to download" message at the "finalize" step

When I download videos (from Chrome or IE), it downloads the video (the download bar progresses to the end) but at the last step of "finalizing", it stops and gives the message "unable to download". Using windows 10.

  Can you please provide us with an example of the URL? Please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer installed.

  The problem got solved - it was my windows defender that was preventing file to be written into my folders. I made a setting to give permission for the realdownloader folder and it was able to import and finalize. Thanks.
