Exactly same problem, tried everything you did. This started Tuesday evening with the blue tab just staying blue , then video's initially 'not being seen' immediately then after 5-10 seconds the tab changed and the video was obviously ready to d/load. Now today I cannot get any video found after clicking on the tab. Uninstalled (twice ) reinstalled, turned p.c. off then on...no difference. I too cannot d/load vid's I know it has worked on. Windows 10 and Edge. Had this set-up for a few months and no problems until Tuesday.

Have tried the Realplayer trial/test d/load Realplayer have suggested...it took 38 seconds for realplayer to accept/find this anyway.

Went immediately to try a vid I know works...it took 1.38 minutes to say 'No video's to download on this page'.

Also tried copying web link and using that... the response again after over a minute was, ''No video's at this web address''.

    Again can someone help

We have identified the download issue and resolved it. Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.

    1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
    2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
    3. Repeat step 2 once more
    4. Restart your PC

This will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.
