Availibility Of HD Options On Internet Explorer
I use both Internet Explorer and Firefox Mozilla on my computer with Real Player Cloud/Plus.
Some time back, because of technical glitches, the DOWNLOAD feature on Firefox was disabled, but has remained an option on Internet Explorer.
Recently I noticed that videos I was watching on YouTube with Internet Explorer were not available in HD modes, while the same YouTube videos in Firefox had all of the HD options in place.
Therefore, on a majority of videos I am interested in downloading, I no longer have that option on Internet Explorer, and while those YouTube HD options are available in Firefox, I have no download options.

Internet Explorer uses old technologies while Firefox uses newer technologies. We resolved the Firefox issue long ago. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Firefox. If you are still unable to download vidoes, please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.
1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
3. Repeat step 2 once more
4. Restart your PCThis will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.
