Cannot get cd to save to the library.

  You can only do this if the CD contains music files. If you have videos on a DVD, this can't be done. To ensure that RealPlayer will save the CD to your library, please enable it by following these steps.

  1. Open RealPlayer

  2. Go to Preferences

  3. Ensure Prompt to Save CD is enabled
