REALPLAYER DOES NOT OPEN2

I recently posted the trouble I have having with my realplayer program.  I asked real for any kind of customer support.  I was given a thread with further instructions on deleting all real programs, doc's, everything with real.  I have done that 4 times now.  all updates complete.  out of ideas.  unfortunately Real does not offer ANY type of live support, so I am limited to posting - hoping someone has an idea on how to get my realplayer working.  after each time I removed and deleted everything real and reboot > when I first click on the real player icon, the program opens but does not play.  after I click out of the program, and go to open it, it does nothing.  blank.  unfortunately for me, I have gotten use to using real, but now its reaching a point of frustration.  why doesn't Real offer any type of support?  I have even upgraded and paid for the extra versatilities.  looking for help
