Can't download video to change to mp3

the fix offered by support does not work.  I clicked on the blue icon twice and restarted my computer to no avail.  What can be done to fix this problem?

I just noticed this problem this week.  Prior to this week there was no problem with the realplayer.  I have deleted and reinstalled the realplayer as well as sought for updates. Nothing is working.  Please advise.  Thanks.
