Downloading

Since about a month or so, I'm not able to download videos as simple as before! Realdownloader "Prompt" is not always there and even then, it sometimes does not let me download.

I followed your instructions of clicking on the "Blue Download" repeat it twice but to no avail.

I need some help, please

  Our engineering team were able to release a new version which fixes the download issue.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  I already installed and downloaded a few clips, seems to be working perfectly, thanks to the engineering team, much appreciated
