REAL DOWNLOADER not opening VDOs in IE11
I am running Windows 10 - 64 bit. Downloader works fine using Edge, but when open with IE all sites give 'unable to download vdo'. This has only just started happening. Have re-installed Real Player and has made no difference. How can I solve this problem, please

Our engineering team were able to release a new version which fixes the download issue.
To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

Thank you; I did as you said but now cannot download VDO's in Edge or IE11 from all sites!
Have you another suggestion, please???

Can you please tell us what happens with these 2 browsers? Are you seeing the Download This Video button?

OK; have re-installed real player yet again and now have it working when using Edge, however when using IE11, after seeing the 'download this video' bar, when I click on it I keep getting 'cannot download video' across all sites. In addition real downloader takes a long time to appear.

You can reset your Internet Explorer once and re-enable the Downloader plugins.
Please note: Downloader in Internet Explorer uses an old technology and we are not making active changes to this downloader as Internet Explorer is also an old browser. Downloader in Edge/Chrome or Firefox is more faster.
