Downloading In Firefox
I received the following message about activating downloading functions in FIREFOX.
Could you provide a screenshot of the alleged "BLUE DOWNLOADER ICON" at the top of my browser.
IT IS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN.
Unable to download videos – Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.
1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
3. Repeat step 2 once more
4. Restart your PC
This will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.

Our engineering team released a new version which fixes the download issue.
To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
