I cannot signin trhough the app on windows10
I bought Real Time Plus today but I cannot log into the new extended services.
I use Chrome. I use the App on Windows 10. I have AVG Internet Security installed.
When I try to signin through the app, and after that I introduce/password and I press the "SIGNIN" button, the signin form remains suspended in "signing in ...." for ever without giving any answer.
Instead if I connect in through the website ( www.real.com), I perfectly sign in, see my account and so on.
Two questions now.:
- is there any possibilty to use the tool "Record from the Mic/Line .." inside the website, instead of using the tool from the app ?
- supposing AVG is responsible of this mess, how to set it correctly ?

We don't think the issue could be related to AVG. It is quite possible the installation didn't go through proprerly.
To resolve your sign in issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
The Record from Mic/Line is a feature built into the app and not available in the Web page.
