i need help with volume

 Music videos play but no sound! my speakers are working but won't play! been trying 2 find phone number but none work!!!! use to be able to contact you!!! customer since 2015 help please!!! ( and i have tried all the other community support i need YOURS)Tec Help Please

  1.  Play any audio or video file with RealPlayer
  
  2. Right click on the volume icon in your task bar as shown in the screenshot below:
  
  
  
  3. You will receive a few options while the very first one will be Open Volume Mixer
  
  
  
  4. You will see RealPlayer here as shown in the screenshot below
  
  
  
  If the volume ticker is all the way down, you will need to move it up. In any case, please send me the screenshot of what you are seeing here in Volume Mixer.
