After upgrading my RealPlayer, my CD burner has disappeared. It keeps telling me there is no CD device on my hard-drive. What Happened and how do I correct this?

Please open My PC on your computer and let us know if you are seeing your CD drive there? Alternately, can you insert a store bought audio CD and try to play the CD with Windows Media Player.
If you are able to play the audio cd with a different media player like Windows Media Player, then something went wrong with RealPlayer installation.
Please confirm these things and we can take it forward.
