Can not get Real Player to open.

 I have tried and tried to get in to this to see if there are any videos I need to get before site is shut down. I am having no luck and no one to get help from. Very frustrating.

  In the meanwhile, since you are not able to open RealPlayer, you can reinstall RealPlayer by following the instructions from this link.

  ¿Do any notes manually entered on the videos in the Real library remain intact, as far as notes put on the videos?

  For example a typical note I would add looks like

  user: Палинка Малинка Tv2 47 subs Pub. May 5, 2019  2:29 5vtd 

  + YT link to video

  So, if the Real Player crashed, and assuming all the videos are still there, ¿Do the notes on the videos remain, or do they get lost & eliminated, when one does a "Uninstall and Re-install" procedure?

  And is the Un-install / Re-install procedure the way to repair a crash so the RealPlayer functions again?  Or, is there a better way?
