Cannot upgrade plan current existing Premium Plus Plan to 100GB Plan

I have got couple reminder emails from RealPlayer stating that my storage capacity has already exceeded my plan storage and need to delete all my existing photos and videos.  I have been trying to upgrade and change my plan to 100GB but there is no option pop up or appear for my selection.  How can I change the plan in order to keep all my photos and videos?
