Real Player Plus Is Not Playing My DVD's

I just installed Real Player Plus ($39.95) on my 2 laptops.

For the Lenovo Laptop it plays fine, but on my Envy, it only gives a blank black screen.  The screen does show Chapter 1, but hitting the Pause or Play does nothing. This has occurred for any DVD that I insert.

How do I get refunded for the Real Player Plus, so that I can try a different software??

  I also just installed RealPlayer Plus on my computer using Windows 10. I am trying to watch a DVD and I get sound, but no picture.  The DVD never advances either, but keeps playing the DVD introduction. I don't know what else to try. If you can help, I would appreciate it, or I would like my money back. Thanks.
