Realdownloader in Chrome
I do not have an option to download videos when using Chrome. My Chrome version is 71.0.3578.98. My RealPlayer is Version 18.1.15.215.
I have clicked on "Restart Realdownloader" in my taskbar. I have enabled Realdownloader from "All Programs>RealNetworks>RealDownloader". I have enabled Flash. I've re-installed RealPlayer at least twice. Even the "test" video offered on the RealPlayer help page does not give me an option to download the video.
I _can_ download videos when I use Firefox, but when I use Chrome, there is _no_ "icon" at the top of my browser to download videos.
What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried reinstalling Chrome? Is your computer a 32bit Windows or a 64bit Windows? Please make sure you are installing the correct bit version of Chrome on your Windows.
We have not heard of any issues where Chrome blocks RealDownloader to show up. All our tests in the lab show that it works with Chrome.

I reinstalled Chrome after the first reinstall of RealPlayer. My computer is a 64-bit. The Chrome browser I use is designed for 64-bit.
One of the extensions installed in my Chrome browser is "Video DownloadHelper". Could it be possible this extension is preventing RealDownloader from functioning in my Chrome browser?

We are not sure how this particular add-on ("Video DownloadHelper"). Can you disable this particular add-on and see if RealDownloader works?
