Old Version vs New

Hello,

Well, I had old version and bought new... lost all my old videos.  Second problem is new vids I am loading were bad resolution... tried to fix... seems to be stuck on bad resoution.

 

I changed from windows and it stays... put when I click to open realplayer... old settings come back.
