dvd plays audio, but not video. dvd play great on vlc player, but not real player. Why? How to correct. I have premium plus version just purchased.

When I try to play a dvd on an external dvd player, only the audio plays.  No video.  I can play the same dvd on vlc software and it plays fine.  I paid $39.99 for realplayer and it needs to work properly.  What can you do to fix it?

  Thank you, Howard! We are escalating this issue to our engineering department. We are seeing reports with the latest Windows update (1803) disrupting the DVD playback in RealPlayer. The workaround is to uninstall this update (which is not the most ideal solution). We will let you know once we are able to resolve the issue from our end.
