Still haven't heard from you re: my shortened uploads, You said "We sent you an email. We'll take it from there."
Didn't get the email. Checked spam, etc

Surely your customer relations person (boss?) would say Get back to this person right away. Give her a refund.

Our engineers are still working on resolving this issue. In the meanwhile, we have refunded you the last 2 months' charges.
Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
