downloading to IPad

I am trying to down load a video to my iPad. I tried from my PC and the Cloud. When I click on the video the option to upload is all I see. Can someone give my step by step instructions on how to download to an iPad. And what is the largest video one can download?

  If your videos are in the Cloud, please follow these steps to download the videos to your iPad.

  1. Open RealTimes on your iPad

  2. Sign into your account

  3. Go to Photos & Videos and open RealCloud

  4. Play the video you want to download

  5. Tap the 3 dots on the top right corner and tap Download to this iPad
