Do you have any firewall programs installed? If so, please "allow" the following in the firewall.
1. downloader2.exe
2. videodl.exe
3. realdownloader
If it still doesn't work, please let us know what browser and website you are using to download videos?

I am browsing using RealPlayer to youtube.com
sample url > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YusHyd-duQ
I use AVG Internet for firewall. What specific in/outbound rules (and what port #s) should I specify? Didn't have to do this before and RealDownloader used to work w/ no problem.0 -
Removed AVG (incl firewall). Using Windows Defender Firewall, set inbound rules to allow downloader2.exe, videodl.exe, realdownloader264 (there was no realdownloader.exe), Shutdown and restarted Windows 10. Opened RealPlayer browsed to youtube.com, opened https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YusHyd-duQ.
Tried to download, but RealDownloader came back with "Unable to Download"
Now what ??

Update: We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.
We will email you as soon as the issue is resolved.

I am experiencing similar problems and, as indicated in the update below, I am sure this is because of changes made by YouTube which RealDownloader has not reacted to.
I have 2 PC's, one with Windows 7 I.E.11 and the other with Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. Up and until a few months ago, I had no problem in downloading videos from YouTube using RealDownloader on Windows 7 in all qualities upto 1080p. Then suddenly, YouTube restricted the quality on I.E. 11 to 360p, so I had to switch downloading to Windows Edge where it did work although the download quality was restricted to 720p despite being able to watch the videos in 1080p and above. Now in the past week or so, I cannot get any downloads to work on Edge (nor on Chrome or Firefox which I have also tried), with RealDownloader showing the message "No videos to download on this page". I.E. downloads still do work but remain restricted to 360p.
