We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.

I was able to do everything today. However, when I decided to upgrade this evening all functionality to download has failed. Both from the main program drop down to the loss of the indicator on every browser to perform downloads. Not only youtube but every video on the internet.
If I could reverse the upgrade I performed today, I would be fine. This upgrade has ruined your product completely.

Youtube did something to their site.I use another program for downloading a playlist, and that isn't working either.
Gordon, upgrading the software will not make you lose all functionality. It's something coming from YT.

Thank you for your prompt response about youtube. However, as reported, my complaint is also that the pull down menu from Realplayer, Download a Video, does not produce any changes or the window for downloads. The functionality to download any video from any webbrowser is also missing.
This has nothing to do with YouTube issues which you mention.
Is this something only I am experiencing? What should I do?

That I don't know Gordon. Maybe remove the program from your computer & download it again.Just make sure ALL folders & subfolders are gone before re installing.
My program works fine, just not downloading videos

The other program I use is now working! I bet these guys will fix it soon too
