problème de téléchargement

malgré que l'option apparaisse bien en haut de mon pc,realplayer ne télécharge

plus les vidéos de youtube.

comment résoudre ce problème?

  We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.
