  I having problem downloading video from You Tube witch I didn't have before.

  I have purchased the 100GB plan, and barely have used any of it , and prior plan was the 25GB plan...why don't I have the ability to upload with my plan? Is it related to the problem with engineering? Please address this issue...thanks.

  We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.
