Firewall blocking c\...\recording manager

Windows 10 update October 2019, since this time I unable to d/load from you tube.Due to firewall blocking, c\...\recordingmanager as a THREAT!

  Can you please send us a screenshot of the message and the product name of your Firewall so we can take a look at it.

  Unable to take screen shot because d/load this video flag, has now disapeared!

  Your http link to real, does not work.

  Decided to remove existing Real program,OK. Now, going to Real site download, Real will not download.
