Real Downloader still isn't working with any of my browsers.

I've tried your suggestions as per email and still nothing. I even downloaded real player again with no luck.

  Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe

  1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)

  2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file

  3. Click the Details tab and let me know the Product version

  Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that you didn't follow the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?

  Can you also go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade and let us know all the files and folders you see there? If possible, can you attach the file named RealUpgrade_18_1.xml and send it back to us, please?
