updates not downloading

I got this message when I got a message from Real player to do an update.

I would like to convert this to the Music player so I can post my vidio of my grandson on Facebook since it doesn't seem to accept the real player version. I hope someone can tell me how to do this.

  This is not a format that RealPlayer is compatible. Unfortunately, you can't use RealPlayer to play or convert. You will need to use a player that supports this file. You can Google search for a player that is compatible with this format.
