Restore Videos

I had a problem with my real player while I was working in my library changing captions on a bunch of miscellaneous videos from YOU TUBE.  Don't know what I clicked, but it suddenly started erasing videos.  I caught it quickly and cancelled the action, but I still lost a large number of videos.  Fortunately my computer is backed up on Carbonite.  I used my Carbonite account to restore all my videos.  They downloaded back on to my computer in a file separate from Real Player.  I want to import all the videos back into my Real Player so everything is together.  Because I lost some but still had many videos that were unaffected in my library....if I restore everything back into Real Player, will I have duplicates of everything or will it reinstall only the videos that are missing from my library?
