downloading videos with Real Time
I have Real Times Unlimited but when I click to dowload a video says 'unable to dowload' in the downloads box.
I have tried the method suggested by opening Chrome and going to Youtube but that doesn't make any difference.
The product version says: 201901.17
The Real Upgrade says: 18.1.15.215
Could you please advise me asap as I need this for my work.
