I have not used Real Player in a long time. I am trying to view a video and messages tell me I have to download additional software. I have updated and downloaded 8 times and I still cannot view the videos. What can be wrong?

  This may happen if you are trying to play a video that RealPlayer doesn't recognize. What would the format of this video be?
