    Your Private PIN is different from your RealPlayer's password. Please see the screenshot below. You should be entering your email address and password of your RealPlayer account (under the (Verify your Account") This is the same as what you used to sign into RealPlayer to activate your paid features.

    Can you please confirm that this is how you are following?
