    I have the same problem and the reset / update solution Realplayer suggests didn't fix anything for me. I wonder, did the paid subscriptions get the same problem? If so, I'd be so mad right now. If not, I might need to go ahead and purchase the full version.

    Can you please do the following and let me know the version of videodl.exe

    1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)

    2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file

    3. Click the Details tab and let me know the Product version

    Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that you didn't follow the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?
